What is TIFF Account Manager?

TIFF Account Manager is TIFF’s ticketing site. TIFF Account Manager is used to purchase and access tickets.

Use TIFF Account Manager to access pre-sales and to purchase subscriptions, TIFF Memberships, tickets to partner festival events, and tickets to the Festival in September.

Why does TIFF use multiple ticketing platforms?

TIFF uses multiple ticketing platforms to provide a better experience for both year-round and Festival ticket sales. The separate sites help manage high volumes during the Festival period, ensuring smoother transactions and avoiding long wait times for customers.

TIFF Account Manager: This site is dedicated exclusively to year-round sales, including Memberships.

TIFF Festival Account Manager: This site is used exclusively for Festival ticket sales for Patron and Contributor Member ticket sales and exchanges, as well as Member Bundle sales.

Ticketmaster.ca: This site is used for Festival single tickets for Individual Members and Public ticket sales. This platform does not support exchanges.

How do I sign in to or create an account?

For year-round programming at TIFF Lightbox, including New Releases and TIFF Cinematheque, visit TIFF Year-Round Account Manager.

For Festival tickets, visit TIFF Festival Account Manager.

To sign in or create an account, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the appropriate TIFF Acount Manager
  2. In the top-right corner click “Sign In.”
  3. If you don’t have an account, or if you have never signed in to TIFF Account Manager before, create one from this window.
  4. If you do have an account, enter your email address and password.
  5. Browse available events and Memberships, and secure your tickets.

When I create my account it asks to verify my email/phone number.

Ticketmaster has recently updated its account verification steps to help minimize fraudulent activities linked to bot usage. Customers must verify their phone numbers and email addresses to access their accounts securely.

During the verification process, a one-time passcode will be sent via SMS or email to confirm account ownership. This means you must have access to the email used to set up your account in order to gain access.

If you need to change your email/phone number, you must log in to Ticketmaster and change this information in your account. However, if you do not have access to the phone number to confirm MFA within My Profile, you must contact Ticketmaster Fan Support.

I can't sign in. How do I reset my password?

To reset your TIFF Account Manager password please follow these steps:

  1. Visit TIFF Acount Manager
  2. In the top-right corner click “Sign In.”
  3. Click “Forgot Password?”
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Choose to receive a one-time password reset code to your phone or email.

When I sign in I can’t get past the Terms of Use.

To accept the Terms of Use, you must accept both the Ticketmaster terms and conditions and the TIFF terms and conditions.

First scroll to the bottom of the Ticketmaster terms. Then click the TIFF tab and scroll to the bottom as well. Click “Agree” to accept the terms and continue on to TIFF Account Manager.

Is there a preferred browser for using TIFF Account Manager?

We recommend using the latest version of your browser. If you encounter errors, we suggest refreshing your browser, switching to a private browsing setting (such as Incognito Mode in Google Chrome), or clearing your cache and cookies.
