How do I join or renew my Membership?

Thank you for considering supporting TIFF through Membership! A full list of all available Memberships and their benefits can be found at tiff.net/membership. To join or renew your Membership, please follow the below steps:

Sign in to TIFF Year-Round Account Manager. If you do not already have an account with TIFF Account Manager, you will need to create one.
Click "Join" located at the top of the web page, then select "Memberships" from the drop-down menu.
If you have a Promo Code, enter it in to the Promo Code box and click "Apply"
Next to your desired level of Membership, click + to select the quantity.
Click “Add to Cart.”
In the Cart pop-up, click “Continue.”
Proceed to “Checkout.”

How do I access my Membership card?

When you join or renew your Membership, you may access your digital Membership card right away with your mobile device.

Here’s how to download your digital Membership card using mobile wallet:

Visit TIFF Year-Round Account Manager in the browser on your mobile device.
Sign in via the account button (top-right icon that looks like a person).
Tap the menu button in the top-left corner (looks like three lines).
Under “My Events,” tap “Select Event” on your Membership.
Tap the small arrow located on the right at the bottom of your Membership.
Tap “Save to Phone” or “Add to Wallet.”

If you do not use a mobile wallet such as Apple or Google Wallet, you may access your digital card via TIFF Year-Round Account Manager by following the steps above without saving to your phone.
