Ron Deibert, Director of the Citizen Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs, is an expert and advisor to governments and organizations on cyber security, cyber-crime, freedom of expression, and access to information. He will speak about Cristo Rey in a Q&A session following the screening.
Nicholas de Pencier was born in Toronto. He is the producer of the documentaries Manufactured Landscapes (06) and Watermark (13), the cinematographer for Al Purdy Was Here (15), and the director of the feature Black Code (16), all of which screened at the Festival. Long Time Running (17) is his latest film.
