Catering

We at TIFF work with exceptional preferred caterers to fulfill your event needs and more! Details of our preferred caterers can be found below.

With the exception of the TIFF Lounge, Rooftop Terrace and Malaparte which are catered exclusively by Oliver & Bonacini, our preferred caterers offer exceptional service in all our other event spaces. Exceptions can be made for specific cultural food requests; a landmark fee will apply. Please speak to your Event Coordinator for more information.

TIFF Concessions
Whether you’re looking for some mouthwatering goodies for a private screening, or just something different for an afternoon snack, our onsite Concessions team will be more than happy to assist with your order. We cater for every kind of event, offer light refreshments, snacks, and the best popcorn you’ve ever tasted in town!

Oliver & Bonacini
One of Canada’s leading restaurant and event management companies, offers two full service restaurants (Canteen and Luma) and a sixth floor event space (Malaparte) at TIFF Bell Lightbox. Oliver & Bonacini is the preferred caterer of the TIFF Bell Lightbox. The TIFF Lounge, Rooftop Terrace and Malaparte are catered exclusively by Oliver & Bonacini.

10tation
We combine delicious food, great taste, and impeccable execution with a down-to-earth, approachable manner. Our ability to turn our clients' visions into reality, while ensuring excellent customer service, AND having FUN is what makes us unique. Every event is as unique and special to us, as it is to each of our clients.

à la Carte
A full-service event catering firm that allows clients to select individual menu items from a never ending list of menu suggestions. Always up for a challenge, it would be best to sum things up with our mission statement: "We Cater to Everyone". We pride ourselves on our superb food, matched with excellent service, exceeding expectations.

Parts & Labour
The essence of Parts & Labour catering is derived from our Parkdale restaurant of the same name that attracts a young professional crowd that enjoys great food, drinks and the Toronto nightlife scene. Our restaurant embodies our catering philosophy.

WiFi

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the whole building. If you require a dedicated connection, we can provide one for you in your event space, and can also rename the WiFi network to match your event or company name so that your guests can access it more easily. Please note that these services are set at an additional cost.

Equipment

We have a dedicated loading dock at the rear of the building which clients can access on Widmer Street to load in for their event. Each cinema and boardroom can be accessed by the freight elevator with no steps involved.

Lead Time

To book a cinema, we need as much time as possible: ideally 2 months prior to the date. Bookings are also dependant on what other festivals we have taking place in the building at that time. For smaller boardroom meetings, we can generally accommodate a booking with 4 weeks prior notice. However, we encourage you to inquire about availability and hope to accommodate any last minute requests.

Signage

If your event is taking place within one of the cinemas, we can promote the name of your event on the plasma screens by the elevators and the plasma screen outside of the cinema you rented for your event time. We can supply directional signage in the main lobby and on the floor of your event; should you wish to bring your own, you are limited to TWO pieces stationed outside of your rented event space. Please note that any display of event sponsors will need to be approved prior to being placed in the public areas.
