Community Impact

TIFF Community Impact is dedicated to increasing access to film for equity-deserving groups across the Greater Toronto Area. Through intentional curation and collaboration with community partners, we aim to deliver programming that reflects each group’s specific needs, interests, and experiences. Throughout our programming, we focus on widening access to TIFF, creating welcoming spaces for audiences to connect and celebrate their creative sides.

What we offer

We work with non-profit organizations across the city in a variety of different ways to meet their specific needs, goals, and experiences. Events include but are not limited to:

  • Access tickets to year-round and Festival events
  • Co-curated screenings
  • Facilitated film discussions that encourage dialogue and reflection
  • Networking opportunities
