Talent Lab
Talent Lab is a four-day intensive programme that offers artistic-development opportunities to emerging Canadian filmmakers. The programme provides participant filmmakers the opportunity to build networks in a creative environment and to learn from some of the most esteemed filmmakers and artists in the world.
2008 Talent Lab Governors included Don McKellar, Olivier Assayas, Stephen Wooley, and Alison McLean. Guests included Brian DePalma, Samira Makhmalbaf, Atom Egoyan, Deepa Mehta, Ed Harris, Dorothee Wenner, Peace Anyiam-Fiberesima, Fernando Meirelles, Bingham Ray, Steve McQueen, Terence Davies, John Greyson, Jean-Pierre Dardenne, Luc Dardenne, Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck.
